ForecastSlate does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of weather information.

Not an Emergency Service

ForecastSlate is not an emergency warning system and should not be relied upon as the sole source of information for decisions involving safety, health, travel, property, or other situations where inaccurate or delayed weather information could result in harm.

For severe weather and emergency information, consult official government authorities and emergency services in your area.

Third-Party Services

ForecastSlate may rely on third-party weather, mapping, alert, hosting, or other services. Those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of ForecastSlate at any time. Weather data and other third-party services may also become temporarily or permanently unavailable.

Intellectual Property

ForecastSlate, including its branding, interface, graphics, and original software, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party data and services remain subject to their respective ownership and licensing terms.

ForecastSlate is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability of the service for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ForecastSlate and its operators will not be liable for losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the application or information provided through it.
